How quickly will my test be booked?
We aim to confirm your booking within 24–48 hours of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your test date, time, and centre address.
What is the pass protection guarantee?
If you fail your theory test, we'll book a resit at no extra cost. There's no limit on the number of resits — we keep rebooking until you pass.
Can I change my test date or centre?
Yes. Contact us at least 3 working days before your test date and we'll update your booking free of charge.
What is your refund policy?
Once your DVSA test has been booked, the DVSA fee is non-refundable. Our service fee is refundable within 14 days if no booking has been made. See our full terms for details.
